Question for collectors of Digi Stamps

Happy Easter everyone.
I hope you are having a fabulous Easter Week-end.
I have a question for collectors of Digi Stamps.
I have been adding mine as png files purely because I can print them out onto any colour card due to the transparent backgrounds but notice many Digi stamp stores are selling them as Jpg's
Would you prefer PNG's, JPG's or both ?

Branch digi stamp freebie

Welcome to all my new followers.
It is very nice to have you here, Thank you.
Good morning to all who are already following and to those who are here for a first visit, I hope you will return for a second ROFL
Well, it looks like the cardmaking bug may have bitten and who do I blame ?
Brenda at Floral Fantasies. Her cards are just so beautiful and thanks to Brenda I have fallen in love with swirlies and flourishes. I know you're here young missy *wags finger* LOL
I have a couple of challenges I would like to try so I may post again later if I manage to finish them.
I don't have an awful lot of crafting goodies yet but I am having so much fun.
I was looking around ebay in the hopes of being able to get some dies for use with my big red machine that the hubster bought for me but oh my gosh they are all so expensive.
Was hoping to maybe find a few bargains to suit my hubbies pocket without too much fuss but haven't as yet. Not that it'll stop me looking and drooling LOL

On to the digi freebie....
Today I have for you a branch.
Nope nothing on it, it's just a branch ROFL
Hopefully someone can make use of it.
Maybe to sit a bird or fairy on, who knows ?
Would love to see if anyone uses it :)

Not quite sure which I hate most at the moment.
Oh well. I hope you all have a very happy Easter week-end :)

A Poppy celebration

I am back not with a freebie this time but with an attempt at a card.
You may laugh at my rather pathetic attempt, I have thick skin LOL
This card has been created for Brenda's 4th Bloggaversary and in celebration of almost 4000 followers.
Here is me getting excited at reaching 8 ROFL.
We were to create something based on our take of Brenda's blog.
It was a no brainer for me to use the header as inspiration. Particularly the Poppies.
When I was younger my mother left my father and we moved to live with my Nan and Grandad.
They lived in a small place called Tidworth and the one thing I always remember are the Poppy fields.
On the way to school we had to pass several of them and they were absolutely beautiful in full flower.
My attempt at them have been made using tissue paper.
Not to shabby if I do say so myself even though it took me over four hours to complete the card LOL
Beads in the center. Grass and sky courtesy of my art student son who kindly lent me his pastels.
I have added 3 paper buttons down the side as my Nan was also an avid button collector.
Made the bows myself using some red 3mm ribbon. Talk about tricky.
Checkered paper is a magazine freebie. Used a stencil for the shape :)
Sadly my grandparents are no longer alive but creating this card has bought back some wonderful memories.
Thank you Brenda *smiles*
Your blog for me has got to epitomise (sp?) one thing and that is Happy Memories.
I can't wait to browse your site more indepth and feel I may become a stalker ;)

Scallop circle Spring party digi stamp freebie

Wow look at all my followers.
I feel so popular now :)
Welcome ladies. I hope your weather is better than mine.
Anyone else sick of snow and rain ?
I know I am. My poor old daffs are taking a bit of a battering.
I could have sworn it was Easter this week-end.
Isn't that supposed to mean cold sunshine bit with lots of new life in the garden ?
Ok enough grumbling even if it does make me feel better.
Don't want to scare you all away LOL
Today I have my effort at a Spring flower in a scallop circle.
If like me you don't have the cuttings dies to make the circles I hope this is of some help.

If you haven't done so today and you like my blog and/or freebies please

Digi Stamp Freebies Terms and conditions

I have been asked by many people what I do and don't allow with my free digi stamps so I though it better to post them so everyone knows.
Please do not be afraid to email me if I haven't covered what you wish to use them for.
It is always better to ask and know for sure than to go ahead and worry you might get jumped on :O)

Digital stamps offer many advantages over traditional rubber stamps because of their ability to be flipped, resized, rotated and easily stored.

In addition, digital stamps can be printed on a variety of papers and cardstocks, and when properly heat sealed can be used with a variety of coloring mediums including colored pencil, copic markers, even watercolors.

Hollowed Easter Egg Digi Stamp Freebie

Original post below :)
If anyone uses it I would love to see what you make.

-----

After I went blog hopping yesterday I saw some beautiful creations made with hollowed out eggs.
One had a Magnolia stamped girl in the center with grass, flowers, a beautiful ribbon on the
the top and pearls around the opening..
I really wish I had saved the link so you could all see how amazing it was.
That is where the idea for todays free digital stamp came from.
Grass is so not my strong point but I hope it looks ok.

It is very much appreciated and doesn't cost you anything unless you decide to buy something ;)
Thank you in advance for all your comments :O)

Edit: Found one here but that's not the one I saw but isn't it adorable ?

Welcome to Any Old Craft - 1st post

Hi there and welcome to my little spot.
I am not a huge talker in blog posts and feel a little silly.
I am sure that will change if I get followers but hey ho.
I like to try my hand at a lot of things even if I don't master them
and hope to share some of my attempts with you.
I will also be sharing a lot of digi stamps here so be sure to
become a follower and check back often.
Some of them you may recognize from my first blog.
I will be moving them all to here so forgive me if you
already have them  :)
